How to use the LMS

Getting Started
Navigate to your institution's LMS URL. Enter the email and password provided by your administrator. You will be automatically redirected to the dashboard for your role (Admin, Campus Manager, Teacher, Student, or Guardian).
After your first login, go to your profile menu (top-right corner) and select "Change Password". Enter your current password, then your new password twice to confirm. Click Save.
Your dashboard shows information relevant to your role. Admins see a system-wide overview. Campus managers see campus-specific data. Teachers see their classes. Students and guardians see their own academic and fee information.
Admin Guide
From the Admin panel, go to Organisation → Campuses → Add Campus. Fill in the campus name, address, and contact details. Assign a Campus Manager user to the campus and click Save. The campus is now active and the assigned manager can log in.
Go to Organisation → Admins → Add Admin. Enter the new admin's name and email. They will receive a password-setup email. Admins have full access to all campuses under your organisation.
Navigate to Website Management in the admin sidebar. From here you can update sliders, news & events, institute information, teacher profiles shown on the public site, student stories, facilities, and site-wide settings.
Campus Manager Guide
Go to People → Students → Add Student. Fill in the student's personal details, select their class and section, and attach a guardian. Once saved, the student can log in with their assigned credentials and the guardian will be linked automatically.
Under Academic → Classes, create the class levels (e.g., Class 6, Class 7). Then go to Academic → Sections to define sections (A, B, C) per class. Assign subjects and teachers to each section to complete the academic structure.
Go to Fees → Fee Heads to define fee categories (Tuition, Transport, etc.). Then go to Fees → Fee Process to assign fee heads to specific classes with amounts. Generate fee records for the term and print fee slips from Fees → Fee Records.
After results have been entered by teachers, go to Academic → Results → Term Cards or Annual Cards. Select the class and session. Click Generate to produce PDF report cards for all students in that class, ready for download and printing.
Go to Teaching → Timetables and select a class section. Assign subjects to time slots for each day of the week. Teachers and students can view their respective timetables from their dashboards.
Teacher Guide
From your dashboard, click on the class you want to mark attendance for. Select the date (defaults to today). Mark each student as Present, Absent, or Late. Submit once complete. You can edit attendance for past dates if needed.
Go to Results → Enter Results. Select the class, subject, and exam type (Term 1, Term 2, Annual). Enter marks for each student. The system calculates grades automatically. Save when done — results are immediately visible to students and guardians.
Student & Guardian Guide
Log in to your student portal and click on Attendance in the sidebar. You will see a monthly summary of present, absent, and late days along with a date-by-date breakdown. Guardians can view this for each of their linked children.
Navigate to Results in your dashboard. Select Term Results for mid-year exams or Annual Results for the full year. Results show subject-wise marks, grades, and remarks. You can also download your report card as a PDF.
Go to Fees → Fee Summary to see all fee heads, the amounts due, and payment status for the current term. Contact your campus office to make payments; the record is updated by the campus admin upon payment.
